Shaden Al Samman
Shaden is a team administrator, often the first point of contact for families/carers and patients. Shaden joined Maudsley Health in February 2016 and supports the service in a wide variety of ways. She makes appointment bookings, receives payments, collects patient outcome measures and is able to translate when necessary, having worked previously as an official translator in other services, including health.
Shaden has a Bachelor degree in Science and speaks fluent Arabic and English, she has been in the United Arab Emirates for the last ten years and has a long experience in international organizations in admin and customer service.
